This has a ways to go.

- Needs to record your run scores to compare with friends.
- Needs much more interesting waves other than... A constant mass of monsters. It pushes you to build a certain way.

- Needs an improved color palette or you'll lose your character in the mess.

- level varieties and rogue unlocks.

System Shock 2 in 2017.

Can't recommend the game with the inclusion of an in-game store that sells CONSUMABLE items which never return. Don't have enough inventory space? Buy more.

Yes, that's right -- There is no online database that's holding your items, yet you're still paying for the priviledge to carry more items. Amazing!

Widescreen is supported in graphic options, but the aspect ratio is incredibly stretched. No support for this after several years.

It's a $20 walking simulator. Voice acting and some of the writing was well done. Game ultimately feels unsatisfying and I do regret the purchase.

Incredibly bad game. I was almost surprised how bad it was when I logged in. Avoid, even for a dollar.

What Risen 2 should have been. Risen 1 with everything fleshed out.

This is a game you'd find for .99cents on the Android App store. I bought it because of the noir and pixel graphics. I expected a game with a tiny bit of depth and fun. I got neither. It's simply unsatisfying. It's mindless searching and collecting clues. You can walk through without reading anything, collect all the items, grab a bite to eat because the developers wanted to slightly distract you from the mindlessness, and then pick a target.

Big disappointment. This isn't noir.
