Really great Bullet Heaven/Rogue-like. If you're a fan of games like Vampire Survivor, Brotato, or (of course) Deep Rock Galactic, it's definitely worth a try. Also, runs pretty well on minimum specs. Looking forward to seeing how this game evolves and changes over time!

Excellent game, but only with 5-10 people on voice chat. Playing with randoms is such a, well, random experience. It's very common to have people leave during a game due to either their game client crashing OR them rage quitting after being killed/getting caught as an Impostor. Additionally, you can have people who are kind of just goofing around, trolling, or even properly cheating/hacking. Finally, communication via the in-game text chat is serviceable, but obviously just doesn't match proper voice chat. I will note that the ability to use chat to communicate with other dead players is great, if for nothing else than feeling a little less lonely after getting killed. It's not impossible to have a decent experience when playing with randoms, but it's just not the same.

Potential problems with "randoms" aside, the overall design/polish of the game is pretty impressive for the $5 asking price. Definitely worth a try if you have 4 or more friends willing to give it a shot.

Puns aside, this is an excellent rogue-like. Got my first clear and can't wait to come back for more.

Dumb fun

Update: The novelty has worn off a bit, so I still stand by my initial review, but with some additional clarification. This is definitely a "Party Game", and can be played solo, but is better with friends. Constantly getting eliminated by shenanigans when you're chasing crowns starts to wear you down, but having friends to share the experience with both elevates the small victories and cushions the times when you get eliminated. Update to the Update: Still *definitely* more fun with friends, but if you learn to embrace the shenanigans, switch up your costume/outfit occasionally (The real "endgame" is F A S H I O N), and focus on making progress to the next item on the Battle Pass, solo players can still have fun.
