I don't normally go for early access titles, mainly due to a game should be released when it's completed and ready to ship. Personally, I think the AAA developers and publishers have poisoned the well for early adoption of games and such, including even some indie developers, such as those that developed No Man's Sky and currently "developing" Star Citizen.

All that being said, I actually recommend Potion Craft: Alchemy Simulator, especially if you like minigames, resource management, crafting, and store management mechanics. The reason is simply that this game has all those things, and they are all implemented extremely well. I would even say nearly flawlessly. The only issue being that the hit box on the failure areas is a little wonky, and sometimes seems like it picks up and fails a potion creation when it really shouldn't. That being said, that's the only issue I actually have with the game, other than there's a rather sharp up-swing in perceived difficulty after completing Chapter 2.

All things being equal, it's worth the $15, even if it doesn't get completed. So buy this game, show the dev some love, and enjoy your time with Potion Craft: Alchemy Simulator.
