A few months back, I bought this game after seeing it featured on a Let's Play channel that I follow. I loved it. Now it's featured on Steam, and that was worth me buying the game again.. :V

Essentially, Creeper World 3 is a simple, yet very addicting RTS game. Your task: to liberate planets from the Creeper, which is a living liquid substance that had flooded and destroyed civilizations for millions of years. The story mode campaign is pretty much an extended tutorial that teaches you about all of the gear and units that you will acquire along the way. Once you have gotten so far into the story mode, you can unlock access to other Zones, which is where the game truly opens up.

These Zones have tons of star systems, each with their own collection of planets. Basically, you are free to explore hundreds (if not thousands) of levels of Creeper-fighting goodness. There is also a Map Editor mode in which you can create your own maps to upload to the community. You can also download maps that others have created, and rate them. If all of that still isn't enough, there is a "Dial Map" service, which is a seed-based random map generator. So many potential battlefields..

So, yeah. Great game. Keep on fightin' that flood!
