Best drug empire game I’ve played so far, with impressive quality and a surprising amount of content for a freshly released early access game.

I love running around town, passing by customers who clearly just visited my dealers, and seeing or hearing the effects of my stuff, from headlight eyes and oversized heads to people straight-up puking!
