fun game, gets pretty grindy eventually. recommend trying to play this with friends, or finding people on discord that have the concept of objective. PUG lobbies are generally alright.. but usually result in a wipe 45 minutes in, so you retry (because you know, you're already 45 minutes into a mission) and then spend a few hours wiping over and over before you quit. So just.. find competent players first.

the matchmaking system has hiccups at times where it seems like i'm playing people that are way beyond my skill level, i assume this is partial exploiting by other people. but this is a fun game all around, one of my most played.

Recently I revisted this game just for the sake of it, this is one of the first games I ever purchased on Steam, and somehow one of the last ones still in "Early Access." I decided to hit up the googles to see why this is the way it is, because I remember a few years ago seeing this game on shelves at various stores for consoles, how is it that a game is still listed as early access, some 5 years after being released onto consoles?! Well..

Telltale games was in charge of the console port, and they went bankrupt, still.. this doesn't excuse the lack of content the community has received even on the PC side, there are other companies out there that can help the console players. I think it's absolutely absurd that they're still stuck in Alpha 15 and are supposed to just buy a new copy of the game to get current updates. Alpha 15 should be free at this point. I think you guys started this endevour around the same time they started making Cyberpunk 2077, and they actually finished.. absolutely embarrassing.

I've owned this since the Alpha days and frankly most of my time playing is before the graphical updates from ~3 years ago, so coming back to this is a hard thing for me to do with all of the changes, however I think that the devs are pretty wise in that it's been mostly good changes that i've encountered. happy to see a game fulfill the community's needs.

Nothing wrong with this game at all, brings back memories, however I can't seem to get it to work properly with my Oculus, this is the first time I've ever had an issue where a simple resync/reset didn't do the trick. How do I go about getting a refund? I don't intend to play it with how it currently operates for me.

EDIT: My alt tab issues have been fixed and the game seldom crashes, I have no complaints other than the occaisional glitch, more recently I've noticed there are pockets of animals that spawn into the map and it's rather easy to sneak up on these pockets and bag 20-30 animals at a time. I'm not sure if the devs are aware of this but the realism sort of drops off when you come up over a hill and see 5 bears, 3 moose, and 27 deer all just meandering in the same general area.

10/10 will keep returning to the area for xp gains

BEST. GAME. EVER. Okay maybe not the best, but pretty close. ESO just came out and I find it difficult to play that instead of this. If you like FPS games but want to utilize teamwork and a little wit for that extra bonus, this game is perfect. If you like mindless FPS games, go in guns blazing, stealth is just an option.
