A really good Ice-Breaker indeed, but even more formidable with your friends group's inside jokes and jabs ! And you might even discover new sides of them !
Titles at the end are a good idea and the fact that a King gains more steps to climb before they can win again prevents having the same player multiple times in a row.

Performance wise, I didn't encounter any bugs with a few little sessions so far so nice work !
