(1.0.0 EA build) This is already a delight of a game, and with some balance adjustments and more content it'll be truly amazing.

A well-designed little puzzle platformer. Yes, it's pretty short, but I actually appreciate games I can finish in one or two sittings.

Maybe the best 3D platformer I've ever played, definitely top 3. If the "demo" for The Big Catch is this good, I can only imagine what the full game will be like.

At first I thought your character usually being underground and the "charge and release" jump would make it hard to control, but once you get used to it the movement actually feels pretty good. I still think it would've been better with a normal jump, though.

In some ways this feels unfinished: 3 popups about the DLC greet you every time you start the game, there's no way to skip cutscenes (even in the boss rush mode), apparently the soundtrack is literally stock music, etc. The story's also like a Mario game (in a bad way) but the level design is like a Mario game (in a good way). You'll get more out of it if you're interested in time trials and collecting things, but it's still a good amount of game for the price.

Probably the most engaging idle game I've played, but it works differently from most. Instead of making a number go up, the fun is in figuring out the story and mechanics and building your little town. Also, it has cute li'l bugs and kobolds.

The New Moon update added a bunch more story and mechanics to figure out in New Game+, and I think I actually enjoyed the NG+ playthrough more than my first one. A word of warning, though: this game can be quite fiddly if you let it.

A fun little collectathon that really nails the aesthetic it's going for. The movement is very robust, but I wish the controls were a bit more responsive. Ultimately I enjoyed my time with it, just not enough to 100% it.
