Maybe a little expensive for the length, but I enjoy this type of game a lot so I didn't regret it at all. Really lovely storytelling through objects and environments.

Waited to get this for a while as I wasn’t sure the story was up my alley. But I knew it couldn’t be bad as I’ve enjoyed most of Lucas Pope’s big games as well as a good chunk of his game jam games.

Didn’t know much going into it besides 1) it’s about a boat and 2) you uncover the mystery of how people died via pointing and clicking. Was not dissappointed!

Loved the way the game was structured and how each chapter brings new surprises to the plot.

It was sometimes a little hard to parse out people’s faces with the way the graphics worked, and sometimes it was difficult to find and re-view the scenes you are looking for, but after you spend some time with the system and have the opportunity to look into the characters, it becomes easier.

The music and sounds that accompanied each important action you take were so very nice and added a lot of charm.

Didn't expect much from it besides it being fun to play. Janky camera kind of makes it difficult to enjoy, though. Level design seems kind of unfocused as well. Rather disappointed from the get-go.

Bits of fun sprinkled about but overall kind of a plodding affair that seemed kind of quickly cobbled together. Wish the element of ssssecret finding was stronger and woven more clearly throughout and that there was some attempt at a common theme throughout especially with all the hubub about butts and bread and time travelling. The faeries and trees and the one bit about frogs was very good as well as the chess bit and SPRAXIS. Would liked to have seen more of the Inferno.

Was better than I epected. Great for those that love games w/ interface screwing as a core mechanic.

Clever puzzles, Incredible art & atmosphere with fantastic music, and loads of secrets to discover post-game.

Been looking forward to this for 2 years. Got a little worried for it as games like Broken Age came off the kickstarter press... but dang! Saying its "good" would be an understatement (a hyuk hyuk hyuk).

It's got a solid story with an amazing sense of humor, a 'lotta heart, and a heaping load of ~sPooKIeS~. Gameplay mechanics are unique and stay fresh and fun to play around with. The music really adds to it all, and there's TONS of stuff that add to replayability.

If you're not sure about shelling out the nine buckaroos, there's a demo for the first area on undertale.com. Start playing before people start spoiling it everywhere! Seriously!!!
