Among the space sandbox games, this one is very much like building blocks. I thought I finished the game - it took multiple days on a save where I knew how to play. I was satisfied, but I didn't see a point in returning after unlocking every planet

Then they added trains. Now this is building blocks with trains. Amazing. Can't recommend it enough.

Don't ever, EVER play a game called "Doki Doki Literature Club." Man this sht is so wrong on so many motherFUKIN levels yo.
I was talking to one of my internet friends and he sent me 3 waifus with the name only labeled "DDLC." I said to this dude, What's this sht? He just sobbed and said "Just play through them and make sure no one is around when you're playing through them!"
Then I thought it was some weird dating sim or some strange sht but as I played Sayori, I was like "Yo.....what the ♥♥♥.." THEN IT CONTINUED and I was like "Yoooo..." THEN THEY GOT IN THE MOTHERFUKING HOUSE AND THEN I SAID "YOOOOO!" I couldn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ believe what I just saw, It was like Satan gave me his dating sim, sht was so disturbing..YET I COULDN'T STOP PLAYING IT!
THEN GIRL TWO AND IT WAS TWO OF US... .AND SAYORI SAW THEM THEN SHE...YYYYOOOO... THEN THAT GIRL TOOK THE ROPE THEN YYYYYOOOOOOOO........IT WAS LIKE MONIKA WANTED TO PLAY WITH YOU BUT SHE WANTED TO SOMETHING "DIFFERENT" AND IT WAS SO ♥♥♥♥♥ UP AND CREEPY, YOU JUST...KEPT PLAYING IT...AND THAT'S WHAT I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ DID!

*Real review: Okay, I can't do glitches. I'm not good with horror games and this wasn't for me, even if I can watch movies. I uninstalled after Sayori, watched what comes after, and regretted deleting the game.

The true ending is touching and the first path you'll find. If you're into completionism there's some deeper gameplay and you can almost avoid the cosmic horror and get some touching stories.

I really feel like a loser for not being able to finish it, as if I've completely failed by not just sticking with the story. Everyone else can joke about it, and I thought I could too but I was cowardly and couldn't just make it through. I'm gonna go cry on my bed now.

I want to love this game. It's endearing. It let's you adjust the camera spin in case you get dizzy (I actually had to turn it up).

But I *cannot* recommend this game to anyone with a completionist streak or anxiety. Airscape starts out deceptively cute and easy, and suddenly machine noises are cutting into the soundtrack (along with muffled underwater segments) and tearing you to bits as you reach for just one more... shiny? key?

It's not being marketed as "relaxing", rather "ultra-challenging", so if you're looking for a difficult platformer then this is a prety unique one. Just keep a bottle of ibuprofen at hand.

It's fairly upsetting that the game has a limited number of save files to make a standard galaxy for your sessions. With this setup, the only good thing I can see is that you can destroy an empire more than once for self-satisfaction. The endgame is also lacking in that you cannot explore your terraformed and sculpted wonderplanets, so you have to buy this when the game and Galactic Adventures are at least half price. "Create" mode is like a dumbed-down 3D modelling system.This game consist of various other games that are shortened and lacking as much content placed side-by-side, with your stamp all over the 2008 cartoon graphics. So how can I possibly recommend this game?

Because this game is satsifying, and it will be satisfying each time you play.

Do yourself a favor and don't go on a wiki until you have played one empire until you are content. Then, go find out all the different paths that you missed, and strive to take them in your next game. You can be a malicious herbivore. You can be
demonic in the creature stage and friendy in the tribal stage. You can beg for peace throughout billions of years and make a corrput spice empire. The gameplay is a vessel for the stories you create in your mind, much like Dungeons and Dragons, and if you find it too easy then raise the difficulty. Ignoring what this could have been and seeing what's here is the key to his game. If you enjoy putting time, love, and effort into game creations, are able to set your own goals, and don't want to worship MMO item stats, then you should enjoy this game.
