I've bough every version since CM2 and this year is by far the worst version of the game ever released. The match engine is awful. I've given it time to get patched and fixed, its terrible. I'm done. Won't be playing until FM24 now but even then I'm not optimistic.

Lots of really great changes this year. New tactics and training system are massive improvements and the new induction system should really help new players

This is a really good game. If you like Marvel then you can play as just about any hero, with villains coming to the game very soon.

The game features an absolutely insane amount of content, which, if you compare to last year when the game was released makes it almost an entirely new game. We have prestiging, story mode, terminals (green, red and cosmic), midtown mahattan, x-defense, holo-sim, pvp, omega system (like paragon from D3) and even raids.

The development team is awesome, they regularly interact with the community, discussing the game and their plans and they are not afraid to make changes based on suggestions from within the community.

Every month they put out a new hero, some costumes and they continuously run events to entice players to collect fun items that can help you level a crafter quicker, give you some credits and gear your character. In addition to this, they often run server side xp and item find boosts.

Despite the fact that this game is free-to-play, they do have to make money, which means that there is a cash shop where you can buy new heroes, boosts, costumes and vanity pets. However, everything that can be bought in game can also be earned in game (with the exception to S.T.A.S.H (bank) tabs).

I'd recommend trying this game out, it is completely free and if you like it, throw in some money and support the team so that they can continue to add to this game and really make it great.
