I typically don't like horror games, but I'm glad I played this one. The themes of the game and the topic of electronic consciousness really intrigued me. The game manages to be creepy and scary in its setting and not rely purely on jump scares like others. I loved admiring the environments and discovering environmental stories of what had happened in the past and how those event have shaped the world you see before you.

Here's a mass of other random thoughts on the game. The cast of characters is very limited, but kinda plays to the story and making you feeling isolated at times. Story seems well crafted, and this is a personal opinion, but it seems like it'd benefit more from more decision making. Biggest takeaway from me in the game are the enemy game AI. Some can just be outright frustrating, some can get cheesed easily and won't leave you alone for way too much time, quickly making you lose fear of them as you stare at them for a couple minutes straight. That being said, when they AI does work effectively, damn do they work well.

Overall, I recommend playing SOMA. Unique setting, cool scientific concepts, tough moral questions, and a great "what if" kind of game.

Great story. The decisions are just so hard to make because I felt close to the characters. It's mainly a story driven game and doesn't require lots of skill to play this so many people can play this. I nearly cried multiple times when playing this.

I'll admit, this is a short game. It's short but it's still very fun. Mind challenging puzzles as you escape your way from Glad0s. If you plan on buying Portal 2 then you should buy this first. THis game was origionaly an addon for the Orange Box but it got so popular that Valve decided to make a dedicated sequal to Portal. Thats how good it was and how Portal 2 was born but this isn't a Portal 2 review now is it?

This is the most played game i have with about 30 full days of my life in it, and it was worth it. This is one of the most fun sandbox games you will play. You can download mods to make it better and play many different types of gamemodes like RP, zombie mode, Trouble in Terrerist town, ect. Garry's mod is filled with endless kinds of fun. The purchase of this game includes a plethora of other games, making every cent spent on this game worth it and more.

This is perhaps the greatest game i have ever played. The story has so much more to it. More story, emotional, and lots of laughs in the game. And the coop is just so diverse. It's like TF2 in a way because you can do many taunts and they are different. You can trade with people and custimize your bots. Deafinately worth it.
