Hiya Dodo! I am so sorry to hear that Rainbow Six Siege is crashing on you like this and it's leading to you getting multiple temporary sanctions. While we're not able to lift the temp bans, I'd still like to help with preventing the crashes from happening. If you haven't tried these steps or workarounds yet, please take the time to do so now, as they are most likely to limit this type of issue and will rule out as much as possible in advance. Additionally, if one of the listed methods does the trick to stop this from happening, you won't need to do the rest:

- Install Ubisoft Connect and Rainbow Six Siege on the same drive as your OS
- Verify the game files[ubi.li]
- End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager (Overwolf, Steel Series, Corsair, iCue3, Razer, Synapse3, etc.)
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (controllers, additional monitors, streaming equipment, VR equipment, steering wheels and pedals, etc.)
- Clear the Steam cache[ubi.li] and the Ubisoft Connect cache[ubi.li]
- Perform an SFC Scan[support.microsoft.com] on your system (if the scan detects any errors, you may want to repeat this step multiple times until the results are clear)
- Clean reinstall the C++ Redistributables[docs.microsoft.com]
- Some Nvidia players saw an improvement after rolling back their driver version[www.nvidia.com]
- Everything listed in this FAQ article[ubi.li]

After the listed steps have been done properly, if this happens again, we would like to collect additional information. If you don't mind, please create a new support case on our website[www.ubisoft.com] for this issue to let us know it is still occurring. To save time, you can attach your MSinfo and DxDiag files[www.ubisoft.com] to your support case in advance and be sure to confirm all of the troubleshooting steps we did. Once a specialist from our team has reviewed everything, they will follow up with you directly to proceed further. Much appreciated!
