With help of the Enshrouded Community Discord, I finally managed to play the game and had a blast over the last few hours. Looking forward to explore the huge world \o/

Seems like there are issues with Nvidia's drivers and the current 50xx GPU generation. Eventually a single ticked box in the Nvidia App solved all game crashes for me. Just wished the developers would refer to the Discord or even better provide the same troubleshooting guidelines somewhere more visible.

After quite a while of keeping an eye on this game, I finally purchased it today.

Full of excitement I ran into constant crashes and didn't manage to get beyond the main menu and shader compilation even after an hour of debugging. No statements or workarounds by the devs are to be found regarding the situation seemingly many players seem to be in.

What a huge disappointment.

Great game so far!
You can clearly see the effort and thought the developers put in it.

While some mechanisms aren't 100% intuitive (e.g. perpetual signals / relays), fiddling around makes the fun of it. Will update this review once I've progressed throughout the tiers.

Solid 5/7 time sink. Nothing to complain about. :)
