Tommy Vercetti is the real deal!

Vice City is brimming with life, and it's hard to believe it came out in 2002. The ability to fly planes and helicopters makes the gameplay less grounded compared to GTA III, but the missions are generally well-crafted and well-thought-out. The plot is intriguing, and the ability to buy and own properties was nicely integrated, giving a real sense of accomplishment as your income grew. Overall, it's a very enjoyable game that's well worth buying when it's on sale.
