To start off, i've played this game for over a hundred ours AT LEAST on the xbox version. I purchased Burnout Paradise on steam because i was thinking about selling my xbox, but I wanted to play this game even after I sell it. The "Ultimate Box" gave me high hopes, with the toy cars and legendary cars. I went in to the game and completed the intoduction, but when I went back into the junkyard, the toy and legendary cars were NOT available. The store for this game is down (not suprising, the game was made 8 years ago) and there was no way to access the DLC cars. So just note, when you are buying the game, there is nothing "Ultimate" about it. No DLC cars, and no Big Surf Island and its cars. The game itself is fantastic. The graphics are great ( again, for an 8 year old game), the gameplay is awesome, and the online is also pretty good. Thats right, the servers are in fact STILL UP!!! I would recomened the game if it is on sale (I got it during the 2016 steam summer sale.)

In conclusion: You are NOT buying a DLC version, you are buying the normal version, which is a great game, don't get me wrong, but the title is a little bit misleading. And buy the game when it is on sale.
