Performance issues aside - game has a lot of bugs that basically cause any big city to be impossible without abusing other broken features (and when you do, making money becomes laughably easy).

Post/mail system? Doesn't work
Exporting/importing resources? Broken
Traffic doing crazy broken things? Got it
Landscaping tool that is either 0% or 100% power? Yep, good luck
Commercial district having enough customers? You wish
Zoning demand working well? You are really still asking?

Dev blog claims that "we release this game with poor performance because most players will at least enjoy the gameplay!"
What the hell are you talking about, the gameplay is broken af. The game needed 2~4 more months for polishing and you know it. Admit that you f'up and move on, its better than gas-lighting your customers.

Last Paradox game I bought, shame that CO learned nothing after releasing 4-5 games of this type.
Stay away until the you see patches fixing broken features, few weeks at least.

Great game if you are into "factory" builders. Developers are great, they continue to implement community suggestions and keep updating the game.

AI is dumb as bag of bricks. But whats even more offensive is that unit AI is even dumber.
Somehow in RTS game with different ammo types (AP/HE) they managed to make unit AI waste 30mm AP against infantry, ATGM's on soft targets and HE on tanks.
Their target prioritization is also broken as hell, most egregious example is tanks not engaging OTHER tanks, instead preferring to shoot infantry running somewhere far in the field.
It feels like devs of this game went "oh you have 1st/3rd person unit controls, go and control every unit".

This is like a student project with fancy VFX.

I knew it would be fun because come on - blowing up stuff.
But puzzles are really well done and every single tool given to "solve" the environment is useful.

For an Early Access game except for missing campaign part 2 there is not many things Early about it.

That is one relaxing decompression.

Pretty fun game that let's you do some questionable choices.

Great game. If you have plenty of time to spare, you like singleplayer survival and losing all limbs and replacing them with robot arms is your thing. You should buy it.

Incredible expirience, gives you a glimpse of what person with psychosis might expirience.

I never played any Platinum games and this was best way to change it. Witcher 3 level of goodness, combat tight af and great story packed with crate of onions.

Belly Slappin' Live 88' classic is there, dating mutant duck-human there, hot toaster love there.
