I played Half Life: Alyx before I played this, and I think it ruined it for me. Everything this game does is now done better in other games, and shooting wise, I much prefer Zero Caliber and Pavlov. Pretty disappointed after reading all the hype for it.

Simply one of the best games I've ever played. Got an Oculus Quest 2 and a VR compatible PC just to play it, and it was 100% worth it. If you have the means, absolutely do it.

Quite simply my favorite video game of all time. I've been playing it since it came out in 2013 and have revisited it many, many times over the years to bask in it's perfection. Hardly does a game come around where the story, the world, and the gameplay are all top notch, but this is one of those special games. You owe it to yourself to give it a playthrough.

One of the best games I've played in a long time. Really gets you thinking and engaged with what is happening. Also portrays people very realistically, these are very well fleshed out characters that feel real. This game will make you question some of your morals, and for thought, I commend the game wholeheartedly. Definitely pick it up. And regarding my 2 hour completion time; yes, I beat the game in two hours, but there are SO MANY different ways I could have played the game, and seeing all of the achievements I didn't get for specific actions, there are many, many different things I didn't see that I want to purposefully see the next time around. Fantastic game.

Easily the best theme park sim I've ever played. Very easy to pour many hours into, very easy and intuitive to design rides, paths, queues, you name it. Everything was designed with the player in mind, and it's just so much fun to make your own stuff due to how easy and accessible it is. Figuring out what guests like and don't like is also fun, and seeing your coaster making abilities grow is a great experience. Absolutely love this game.

While I know the term "brilliant" may be slapped on most games too often nowadays, I would say that "Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons" wholeheartedly deserves the term "brilliant" when describing it. Not only is the game absolutely beautiful, but it's just that: a game. The gameplay is engaging and extremely clever in most cases. Solving the various puzzles is not only satisfying because of the interesting and fun mechanics, but because of the varied locations and scenarios that you are put in. It's also a very compact experience, showing that a game doesn't have to be an epic 12 hour long experience to be meaningful, but only that the many things that do happen in the game are adventures all in themselves, and take on meanings of their own. Honestly, if you want to see where video games SHOULD end up going in the future, this is the way: clever gameplay, engrossing story, meaningful moments; these are all the things that make up "Brothers", and the only way to fully understand what I'm saying is to play the game in its entirety. I would undoubtedly give this game a 10/10, and recommended it to literally everyone; I'm sure anyone will get something out of this incredible game.

This is honestly one of the best platformers I've ever played. Every new challenge is presented in an approachable and fair way, so if you get hurt, it's your fault, not the game's. It's extremely inventive, with creative levels, themes, and overall good level design. It also doesn't stay the same difficulty throughout, it does get more difficult the further you get into the story, as it should. If you like old school platformers such as Mario or old Rayman, this should be a definite purchase. I've had more fun with this game than most games I've played.
