Tekken 8 has potential but it needs a lot of work. It feels a lot more unga bunga than Tekken 7 with all heat smashes and stances.
It would be great if Tekken 8 would not rely on Steam connection status, the moment Steam has maintenance or random disconnect, you are thrown out of the game and most likely eat a DC %.
It is cool that pluggers get DC % but it would be even cooler if the player who got their time wasted would get the win.
Tracking is funky right now. Near the walls moves just whiff sometimes, also some moves track 180 degrees, especially some of the heat smashes.
Ranked needs a bit of work, people need to start losing points earlier. Blue ranks have so much skill variety that it is just crazy. Tekken powress based ranked needs to go, it is horrible. Could we get glicko2, elo or something like SF6 system?
Netcode is also funky. 5 bar connection and suddenly there are 3f rollbacks? Also, how is 100ms connection a 5 bar? In any other game that is not a good ping.

Game itself is quite cool but servers are solid trash.

This slot machine of a game is sucking my soul try.

Quite good game if you want kill teammates with cars :)
