Weird, but the good kind of weird. The 'story' and world are intriguing and it looks really good for a free game made by 12 students.

Cricket 19 builds on 2017's enjoyable Ashes Cricket, delivering a much livelier and more technically sound experience while keeping the Don Bradman/Ashes series' soul intact. The price point is also great, so I'd recommend buying at full price if you can. I'm sure Big Ant don't have as deep pockets as EA or Codemasters did, but they're dedicated to making good cricket games without infesting them with microtransactions *cough*FIFA*cough*NBA*cough*, and they listen to the community's feedback, so that alone makes it worth supporting them. A few of my other thoughts, in no particular order:

- Small cutscenes are a huge addition, from playing national anthems before matches, to keepers moving fielders up when a catch drops just short, to captains strategising with bowlers when they get hit for boundaries. Really stellar stuff that has a big impact on the authenticity and immersion of it all

- Colors look more vibrant than Ashes Cricket

- Better AI overall, bowlers will actually follow plans and try to trap you with variations, while set batsmen try to keep strike over tailenders; and good batsmen won't attempt to emulate MS Dhoni while chasing a huge total, instead they'll actually try to go big

- 'Flat' style of UI over the previous games' 'Material' style, I liked the previous design but the new one is starting to grow on me

- Better customisation of Career player, thanks to a new perk system

- First person fielding cam is nifty, though it can be turned off if it's not your thing

- Not much increase in variety when it comes to commentary unfortunately, I was really looking forward to that

- Highlights system is a good idea but it's pretty slow most of the time

8.5/10, highly recommended.

Good game, but wtf WB, you have over 60% discounts on the normal and definitive editions but no discount at all on the season pass or even individual DLCs? Do you want people who bought only the base game to never buy any DLC? And this annoying trend is for all WB published games, like Arkham Knight, Injustice and MK.

I don't know if it stems from incompetence or malice, but either way, real ♥♥♥♥ move WB. I'm definitely not going to buy any WB published games anytime close to launch, since you've shown me the best time to buy your game is once all the DLC is out and at a deep discount.

My biggest issue with Agents of Mayhem is the numerous drab, boring and incredibly grey underground enemy lairs, which sucks cause the actual open world (futuristic Seoul) is vibrant and unique. No major complaints other than that, except maybe the humor being very hit or miss. The problem lies in the jokes being the type of 'adult' jokes that a child who just learned to curse would find funny- and not the trademark irreverent adult humor of the Saints Row franchise. I found it grating at times, not too much, but I understand the complaints of those who can't stand it.

The Agents themselves are fun with diverse skillsets and different strengths, and the story is entertaining enough. I probably wouldn't have played more than a couple of hours if the gameplay didn't make me wish it was attached to a better game.

Do NOT go in expecting Saints Row and be prepared for quite a bit of repetition if you want to enjoy it.

Has a lot of potential, devs seem to listen to the player base and fix what needs to be fixed, and overall pretty good game for being in Alpha. Better than PUBG if you don't like its realism, terrible optimisation and paying upfront for the game; and better than Fortnite if you don't like the building mechanics. Better than both if you want a bit of a customisation aspect to your character (there are classes, different abilities for each class, and different legendary weapons and gear for them too), and to be able to travel any time you want without having to find vehicles.

It's quite unique in the BR genre, and definitely worth a try seeing it's free.

Yay, it's gone Free to Cheat!

One of the most fun spins I've ever come across on the FPS genre, and full of incredibly creative ways to eviscerate dudes. Not worth full price if you've played it before, but definitely worth buying and revisiting it when it's on sale. The pumped up graphics look good, but the addition of Duke Nukem is pretty half-hearted and 'meh' overall.
