still an extremely fun game after it being out for a couple of years, great to play with a lot of friends, don't recommend as a great competitive/esport game tho

It is fun, although it honestly depends on who you are playing with. Definitely recommend voice chat for this one.

Really like this game. I played Persona 5, but I didn't finish the main game. I'm hoping to get Royal later on, but then I heard that Persona 4 Golden was coming out on Steam and instead decided that I wanted this game. I feel like I enjoy Persona 4 a lot more than 5, and the characters are so great and I love the environment setting too more than Persona 5. Yeah, I get that the graphics aren't so great with this game being from the PS2 era and all, but it's still really fun and worth a buy. If you did play 5 before playing 4, the main things you will miss will probably be some of the cool battle mechanics like Baton Pass.
