I would love to give this a good review, I really would as it started off being so fun, interesting and almost nostalgic towards the first time I played something like Minecraft. But the problem is, I've played those games before and whilst this is a fresh take and there's some really cool physics and things to do, unless you want to grind and build things, it dies very quickly.

The first 5-6 hours, I was foaming at the mouth to play more. After that, I was already thinking what other games I can play.

TL;DR: Unless you still enjoy playing hours and hours of Minecraft, this game will fade away with you too

I have had this game since release on PS4 and on PC. If you'd have asked me for a review when I'd finished the main quest-line and the pipeline wasn't visible then I would have given this really poor rep.

However, since then, they've really gone for it. The content available now (and that regularly comes out) is amazing - including all DLCs up until the recent one, available for free. Regularly updating, fresh content, even little things like changing the way NPCs interact with you, have just made this game so much better.

This is now the Destiny game that we needed.

I have thousands of hours on FM products, literally thousands, but this just didn't quite have the same heart to it. Never really felt like I got going and I'll put that down to just a little lack of something special in the game. I also don't like the amount of handholding it does.

Just lacks a bit of something here. My least favourite FM ever.

The community is toxic, the ranking system is terrible (5 wins to go up, 1 loss to go down), items are pointless, I'm an awful player.

Would recommend

I have made 2 fist holes in my desk since buying this game, broken 1 mouse and 1 headset, but I have also celebrated more than any other game. This can be hugely frustrating, especially for EU players, such as myself, where the community seems to be 100x times worse than everywhere else.

I'm going to recommend it, purely because its's the game I play with my mates the most and we enjoy it. But it kills me a little more every time.

5/7 would recommend slow death.
