Keen to put their own ideas across, but HellKid does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others. HellKid has the potential to be a good communicator, although may occasionally confuse some listeners. Gives others the chance to speak too, and seems to take on board their point of view. HellKid enjoys working without supervision and always continues to carry out duties effectively. But also knows when a supervisor’s advice or authority is required, and seeks help at the appropriate time.
