The reason I love this game so much is not the challenge. That's just part of it. It's the beautiful world that FromSoft built. For me, I feel Elden Ring is one of very few games that just gives me goosebumps whenever I discover new areas for the first time. It's absolutely stunning to behold. Be it going down Siofra River Well or walking into Liurnia for the first time, they're one of my all time favorite moments in gaming that you just can't help but standing there and makes you go "Damn, this ♥♥♥♥'s wild".

The only main complaints I have with Elden Ring is that I loathe Larval Tear. In a game that has so many options and build diversity, there's a cost to swapping builds. Now, I like playing several builds, but I don't like having several characters. That results in several re-specs just to test and optimize that one build. Personally, I think it doesn't make sense to have a re-spec mechanics locked behind materials that you can only get so much in one playthrough.

P.S. Try parrying the DLC final boss. Loads of fun no cap.
