they need to fix the server and loading issues on PC. Spent $120 for this game and a copy for my partner. Just for it to have loading screens that take forever, and glitchy servers. My PC is high end and runs everything no problem. (Besides Darktide which still has abysmal loading times). Also the PVP match making is incredibly stupid and the upgrade system is lame. A shame to what Space Marine 1 was.
Wish i could get my money back, same with your mediocre gamesworkshop minis i can buy counterfit on etsy for cheaper and higher quality

Souls Games, Sekiro, and Bloodborne are wayyy better. Elden Ring is the basic ♥♥♥♥♥ starbucks latte of Fromsoft games.
Bosses and enemies are easy, while just being way to extra at the same time. Flashy or hitting way too fast. Kinda boring repetitive gameplay.
Been going back and playing through Dark Souls 2 and Dark Souls 3. Went back to Elden ring and it barely held my attention span. The lack of grimdark and wonder, the diversity of enemies and abilities. Elden ring just all kinda blends together like a painting with no saturation.
Still better than most games, but idk. overhyped and commodified.

Very fun game. BUT, between crashing, glitches, half baked areas and empty npcs. I feel like the game should be cheaper.
I feel like this game compensates for having mass over depth. Lots of stuff to explore but little reward for many areas, puzzles and chests. Of course like real dnd not every area will have good loot. But a lot of it just feels really empty, and lacking diversity in loot.
Additionally, character customization should be a lot more in depth, Dark souls and Fallout have way better character creation. If im playing a game for roleplay immersion, at least go all out on cosmetics. Also not enough hats and outfits, kinda feel like im stuck wearing ugly ♥♥♥♥ for stats.
Music is well made, but super repetitive and could use diversity between areas. For example why is it the same combat music for 95% of the fights. It becomes stale, annoying, and doesn't add any tension to combats.

The game is fun, i would recommend it, has unique mechanics. But it also just feels chunky and lacking. If the devs had given it another year and worked out some of the bugs, added more content, and love. It could've been 10x the game.

All in all, i will continue to play, for its unique gameplay, but i feel there is a lot lacking and hope for better in this genre in the future.

This game is super fun. The bosses and enemies are all unique, the art style is nice, and the amount of weapons and stuff to unlock + DLC is awesome!
I highly recommend this game if you enjoy Castlevania, platformer, rogue-lite
