DUNGEON DEFENDERS II is a great sequel to the first. I do recall Trendy Entertainment going through quite a bit of pain trying to figure out exactly what they wanted DD2 to be. In the very early stages, there was an attempt to add some MOBA style gameplay! In the end, Trendy decided to create a true to spirit sequel that continues where the first left off while vastly improving online play by including anti-cheat mechanisms. My biggest criticism is the inclusion of items that increase your power in the real money shop. As a free title, this might be a reasonable cash shop inclusion for some.

EARTHLOCK is a simple RPG that uses combat mechanics similar to old JRPG titles. While lacking in depth and character customization, Earthlock has an entertaining story to tell that I felt was worth my time. I enjoyed playing and look forward to whatever Snowcastle Games decides to create next.
