I really wanted to like this game. However, the controls and the flow of the game felt so clunky and unpolished that I thought my computer and mouse were broken. Maybe with a bit more polishing, it would be enjoyable. But currently, the game is such a pain to actually play that I can't get past a few days in-game without getting frustrated. I love Sunless Sea so the top-down interface isn't what bothers me... it's the jank. I was really excited to play this but it turned out to be a massive disappointment.

As someone who loves both Stardew Valley and games like Darkest Dungeon, I don't know why I didn't play this earlier. I love the survival based aspect.

This game makes me want to pull out my hair. I've lost countless teams due to afflictions coming to bite me when I wasn't prepared enough. And I love this game so much. As a horror fan with PTSD and GAD, the lack of jumpscares is very much appreciated. My own afflictions aside, I feel not having jumpscares allows for this game also to have a more rich story and better immersion, rather than relying on cliches for scares.

The terror is slow at first, but quickly rises along with your character's stress as you start to face the darker secrets of your ancestors. (The body horror and The Collector also don't hurt.) Also. The DLC's look so good. Though I am a sucker for vampires. (pun intended)

10/10 if you enjoy stressing yourself out

Stardew is everything I wanted from Animal Crossing and more. The little tasks are engaging, but don't become menial. And the fact that you're not nagged for forgetting a day is a lifesaver on my nerves. :p It's absolitely adorable and I've been hooked from day one.

I only have a minor criticism- I do wish we could customize the entire outfits after character creation.
