Online only, DLCs cost a fortune. It's actually a really good game, and still gets updates to this day. But I can't recommend it for these two reasons and I refuse to give Neowiz my money for this game until they make it work offline.

Update: I bought it after all but my review still stands.

If you enjoy this game, might I suggest you a new game called BACKSHOT ROULETTE?

The game takes place on a bed (well... usually) and the objective is not getting pregnant (unless...). It's basically a bedtop game rather than a tabletop game, but nothing is stopping you from playing on a table. Anyways, It's super fun, and has lots of items such as; condoms, IUDs, lubes, poppers and even more.

Moving on to the cons of the game; I hate how it is multiplayer only. It can also sometimes be very easy, yet really long. For example: I have been playing the game with my femboy boyfriend and no one has won a single round... yet.
