This really feels like the old GBA TCG games of old like pokemon and yugioh. captures the spirt, the humor, the joy of opening a new pack and getting a card to add to your deck.

A couple of minor bugs and the AI could use a slight boost (why does it attack with 0 atk souls?).

I still have the original box of Mage Tower on my desk next to me that I bought nearly 10 years ago.
Stumbling on this was a great treat, as I loved the original and this is that plus 10x more! A full campaign with runs, meta progression, SO MANY MORE CARDS and the base game already had an insane amount of cards.
If you like deck builders, I suggest you give this a try as it's not just another slay the spire clone like so many other games these days. truly a unique experience.

The only con is the UI is a bit rough but it's perfectly usable.

So far i'm liking it. If you like dominion and wish it had a overarching campaign, meta progression, customization of the market (to a degree) and then had like bosses/quests with special rules to fight you'll like this.

My only complaint is like other have said is sometimes the win condition can take awhile to come out even though you've already "won".

Looking forward to future updates as this already has a really solid base game.

A great beginner friendly game. For people like me who burn out quickly trying to do grammar books and anki decks this was perfect. The story was pretty good and the little side plots you encounter can be pretty funny / entertaining and don't over stay their welcome. Additionally, the grammar explanations were good and spaced out enough that it didn't feel like a slog, example sentences were ample and I noticed it tended to add lots of usage into the script of a grammar you just learned to reinforce it.

I see a common complaint that it lacks Kanji but that's fine honestly, trying to add Kanji onto a beginners plate is really going to make most people give up. Looking forward to this groups next game.

A nice little game to play with your friends for 30-60 minutes. Really just needs more guns, maps and some game modes like Juggernaut, Oddball, reverse gun game.

Number goes up game that feels like you're playing OSRS without the need to walk or carpal tunnel. It feels nice to actually need to plan out gathering resources to do other skills, unlike other idle games where just number goes up. This game sometimes number goes down (resources.)

Recent negative reviews can mostly be ignored, as they are just some balance changes the dev did recently. The overlap of people who play idle games and those who don't like changes in their life are 1:1.

This feels like a true digital adaption of a solo RPG tabletop game. While if this was a real world board game a session would take probably 3-4 hours due to upkeep and management you can easily play a round in 30-60 minutes.
Lots to explore, lot's to figure out, RNG keeps your plans from being perfect forcing your to improvise and keeps it fresh.

There are some UI issues for but for the price (especially on sale) this is very much worth the money to me as someone who enjoys solo boardgames.

This is a pretty fun escape room, I played it on easy with a friend and we beat both levels available in about 1.5 hours. For the price i'd recommend if you and a couple friends are looking for a way to spend the night.

The reason we played on easy is we found on normal the ghost was just constantly coming at us and it was more annoying than a challenge. Unsure if the actual puzzles get harder or not on different difficulty?

Pros:
good escape room mechanics, honestly i'd almost recommend the dev remove the ghost attacks and just keep the spooky escape room atmosphere.

Cons:
ghost just keeps coming at you every 30 seconds please i'm trying to read my e-mails why is it so blurry oh my god

if you like the aspect of finding combos and new cards in normal deck builders like slay the spire then this game has easily the 10x the content.
