I have its completely uninstalled but its just the download...gonna try to figure it out

Something still wrong with my steam, it isnt downloading and not sure why? any ideas? and do you remember how long it took for you to download it? The bar doesnt fill and nothing happens, after like 30 min it just says something is wrong, retry or cancel
