You can't go wrong with this game.

Fun game. Combat is great. A lot of depth. Story is pretty good.

The complaints of friend simulator are overblown and if you do feel that way you can always skip the chit chat.

Fun but janky in co-op.

Really fun game. Lots of depth. Can be brutal at times but there are tons of options to homebrew your settings.

It has a bit of jank such at graphics, animations, and voice acting, but personally I find that more amusing. Don't go in expecting some grand experience, but the gameplay is solid, the story is decent, and its worth the money.

A lot of the negative reviews are due to server issues early on or pay 2 win concerns which the game does have some p2w but not to an extreme degree. Plenty of information out there already covering this.

For anyone thinking this is worse or too different compared to MH: World. Just realize this is the other team of devs that made this game. The World team is likely making World 2. This is not a step back or downgrade in anyway because its not the same team.

I would encourage people to become Monster Hunter fans and not just World fans.

Fantastic game. I'm not a huge fan of JPRGs and have never played a Tales game before, but if they keep making them like this then I can see myself being a fan of the series.

Imagine you're playing a game with a few friends and you're having fun. You exchange jokes and high fives all around after every epic moment. Your bro turns to you and says, "I love this game, and I definitely do not want to kill myself!" You all laugh. You are having a good time. You are not playing Rainbow Six Siege.
