游戏本体质量一般，玩法处于《文明》和《XCOM》之间，建设、运营系统很简单，基本就是一个以战斗为主的文明。
上手难度还是不低的，主要是对于每一种兵种不熟悉的话很容易碰上被克制的问题。
以及，如果给自己添加一个AI队友的话，就可以体验人工智障的快感了。

名字很直白，重点就是工业的发展，所以也别对这款游戏里的商业贸易、城市建设又或者是交通布局抱太大期望。
游戏设计还是有想法的，但是科技树的设计造成前期节奏非常拖拉，等能够销售第三级的产品之后会进入收入飞跃期（但在这之前估计已经劝退不少人了）。交通设计是一大败笔，未经设计的地段堵车堵得超越了时间维度。

制作组可以说是很直白地给予了一个启示：工业这东西要是想随心所欲造点啥，那绝对不能瘸腿。

剧情就挺……平淡的，塔里昂的故事感觉不如前作吸引人。
操作、画面上自然比前作成熟了很多。
值得游玩的时长还算可以，就是这游戏实在是有些占硬盘空间了。

虽然西部片和本子电影渊源已久，但是这日本风的西部牛仔比意大利西部片还违和。不过雅各布枪支主场倒是深得我心。
