Wonderful mmorpg that ticks all the boxes for me:-
Absolutely massive world, which grows year by year. Some players groan about the graphics - I am not sure why, I can see what I need to see.
The devs do add content year by year - this is my 5th year and I am just over half way to level cap. I am in this for the journey.
Sticks fairly closely to Tolkein's Middle Earth lore. I still find the world a joy to visit.
A variety of toons to play and the playstyles can be tweaked a bit.
Rich amount of crafting (gear, buffs, decorations) for players to enjoy.
Have found the players tend to be very helpful on the server, (am playing on Gladden), which is also a plus for me. I tend to play solo a bit and it helps when lost or stuck on the quest ending :)
It's FREE .... this is not a pay to win game. If you put in a bit of time with crafting and playing, there is no need to pay. Although personally, I am thinking of a sub soon - after 5 years of playing, I think it is worth it to support this game and it's devs.

Lovely hidden object game that I found quite time consuming. You can zoom in and out so no griping about not being able to see objects clearly. There are some tricky hiding spots so I found I had quite the time finding all items required. Absolutely loved the introduction of colour once all objects in an area are found.
The only frustration for me is that I am not quick and some cats are on moving objects (cars, boats) - quite hard for me to successfully click on these, but I managed.
There is a hint system to avoid overwhelming frustration and there are achievements if that is important to you.
Well worth playing :)

I quite like these little hidden object games by this particular dev. Yes, they are quite short, but the art work is clear and interesting. These games are my "filler" games - the sort of thing I might spend 5 minutes on when I either cannot decide what I really want to do, or I want something where I can switch off my brain for a bit and spend time simply taking in the scenery.
The price during a sale is brilliant, and the game is definitely kid friendly.
Likely not a game that I would replay though. Once finished, it will gather dust :)

I have only played Drizzlepath out of the author's other works, and enjoyed that one greatly. Pluviophile was a little disappointing to me. I have given a positive recommendation as I found more to enjoy than to irk me. I enjoyed the scenery and looking around. The very linear path in the first section irked me a little, but the game field opens up quite a bit later on.
Someone more switched on may have finished the game quicker. I got quite lost and turned around about midway through the game so did a lot of walking backwards and forwards, looking for circular slabs and flowers. I did enjoy the subtle introduction of colour part way through. The game has a definite "autumn" feel to it at the start- red, orange, yellow foliage, not much green to be seen and a fairly rocky landscape. But about halfway I realised I was seeing colourful flowers in some areas, and butterflies and a touch more greenery.
The poetry was lost on me, but I accept that this would be subjective. Each to their own.
I also experienced a very slight sick feeling with the way the game moved. Never stopped me playing and seemed to abate towards the end (have not had this issue in a game before).
Overall, I was happy I played this. Not the best walking simulator, but it did it's job for me (enjoyed my time in the world).

These are my "I don't have to think too hard" games. Perfect if I want to just mess around on the computer. The game lets me pick a non-timed mode so I enjoy maxing out the buildings, gathering maximum resources and still finishing the level. Essentially a point and click game, mouse only, so very easy to learn. Am not a lover of strategy games in general. I tend to micro-manage stuff, only to turn around and find the rest of my resources are in flames so to speak. Impossible to not win with this little game :)

Fun game with so much to do ... why are the days so short?
(review is purely done for the Steam Awards badge -but I stand by my recommendation :)

This game is my "relax, veg-out" game. I don't need to think at all. I enjoy the soundtrack and love the pictures created. Best of all is that the game offers free play. This gives the player a chance to experience the game, decide if this is really worth spending time on, or just a giant yawn.

I enjoyed the free games in this series so much I bought an expansion pack :)
The devs are worth supporting in my opinion.

I did enjoy this game and recommend it to those out there that enjoy the hidden object games. The story was engaging and the artwork was detailed, both requirements for a good hog.
I managed to finish all the puzzles and enjoyed the fact that some puzzles were layered. That is, after solving a puzzle you could be required to immediately solve a second related puzzle.

I did struggle with the user interface. One particular part that caused me to view a walkthrough involved a hidden object scene that also had a second and third part. This was indicated by an arrow at the side of the pop hog scene and something I never even noticed, resulting in me being stuck for some time. This mechanic (a requirement to scroll left or right on some scenes) was repeated a few times. The other main issue I had was the guide provided with the game. There were a few spots where the guide indicated that I needed to place object A with object B. Frustrated me no end as it turned out that I would obtain object A at a later date.

My overall rating is positive, probably 7 out of 10. This is a game I enjoyed and will probably attempt again (if only to achieve all the morphing and memory objects :)

Very, very short. I completed the game in just 24 minutes. I am on the fence about recommendations. The UI is simple, although I got hung up on how to control the game (just use the mouse, to drag the colour through the boxes). The levels did not really scale in difficulty and were all easy for me. Restarting a level is not necessary as you can reverse your colour (or flow) to retract your path.

If you want a very simple puzzle, then this will fill the spot. If you want some difficulty, then look elsewhere. Should keep kids occupied for a bit if they like these sort of puzzle games. The game is cheap (just $1.50 Australian) but might be worth adding to your library in a sale.

This little game was a fun little adventure game to play. It is indeed a retro experience. The pixel art reminds me of those early computer games (you know, the ones on a floppy disc :)

I enjoyed the puzzling and, for me, there were a couple of "I am stuck" moments. I forgot the main premise of these games is to explore everywhere, and click on everything. The end goal involved finding a certain number of crystals which enable you to escape.
The fun is trying to find said crystals. A number of those crystals are in tricky hiding spots and I found a hint for the last one in the game's discussion forum. Literally let no stone go unturned, look everywhere.
There are no enemies but I did die once (I think I fell to my death). There is a small secondary goal of finding coins. I failed at that, was about 5 short of the maximum at game's end.

So to sum up, the game was indeed a fun little adventure (and the second game is now on my wishlist :)
