It's had struggles, but from the rough comes the diamond. HD2 brings to life a nearly cinematic gameplay experience. You are basically an extra in a legendary space war movie, but that won't stop you from achieving greatness through spreading managed democracy to every corner of the galaxy. Abandon the main protagonist mentality, embrace the suck, find a few friends, and dive til you drop. HD2 is a great time to be had, unless you hate freedom.

I had initial misgivings about SoT when I first received my key, but they have since been resolved. Rare has done a fine job crafting a world whereby one can be free as is the dream of most pirates. Whether your interpretation of that freedom curtails the ability to amass riches, scrounge perks and titles, wrangle new friends, or simply sailing the ocean deep, it can be done. I've logged over 50 hours at the time of this writing, and they are some of the best hours I've spent in game, with others or playing solo. Of course, there are criticisms, no production goes without them. But, nothing I have encountered so far relating to bugs or otherwise has been a detriment to my playing and enjoying the game. If you expect perfection, your ship is sunk before it's dropped sails. But, if you are in search of an alternate world to the capitalist hellscape we currently grind to death in and are willing to be patient as the lore of SoT develops and grows, you will be rewarded with experiences and memories one cannot buy, glitches be damned. For all it's flaws, SoT more than compensates with what it offers, and I would recommend it to anyone.

An amusing timesink, Among Us provides great replay value. Despite a limited selection of levels, the charm and entertainment value are not lost over time, given that each game is different per the players. The integrated social aspect is a welcome reprieve from the inane chatter in most games. Good for kids and adults, there's a near universal appeal to decorating and strategizing with your character. I thoroughly enjoy the game, as do my kids, and would recommend it to most anyone.
