I quite liked Chapter 1. Didn't know anything about the game or story before buying it, bought it purely on social media chatter and hype. I like the replayability of it, which I guess makes up for the slight shortness of the chapter. I'll definitely play it a second and third time making different decisions each time. Highly recommended.

Can't unfortunately recommend this game for anybody outside the US/EU - Lag to South Africa is impossible :-\

What a fantastic game. Beautifully crafted, great gameplay mechanics, clever puzzles. Worth every cent.

A forgotten game by most, I'm sure, but Half-Life 2 is still one of the best stories I've ever played in a single-player FPS game. It has everything from suspense to likeable (and dislikable!) characters, varied level design. A definite must-play for any FPS fan.
