profile that are trying to addme that are private will be BLOCKed, unless i know you. (since those profile can be a bot.)
please don't comment with links that i don't know what it is. since those links looks suspicious (many links on steam goes to phishing site with malware) (also .png can be hidden as .scr(file with malware that can hijack steam account) or are just virus),
also if you have way too many friends that are VAC'ed or other steam ban, then i may not add you.

I check profiles on steamrep and other sites with steam history.

there is no such thing as item check its fake, and steam "admin" do not adding anyone or trying to contact anyone with a hi-jacked accounts also steam admin are fake. (The only people with admin access in Steam are Valve employees. If you don't see the Valve Employee badge on their profile then they're not from Valve.)
(Steam account hi-jackers are stealing a lot of accounts. The scams and links mostly come from trusted friends, not strangers. Be careful! Scammers know you're more likely to trust a friend you know when it comes to their links and "pending report" fake admin scams.)
(Valve never conducts official business in Steam chat.)
