INSTRUCTIONS:

Brightness is adjusted by the dimmer switch.
First ensure that the light is on.
If it isn't, firmly depress the knob until it clicks.

Once the light is on, securely grip the knob and turn.
Turning the knob clockwise will make the lights brighter.
Turning the knob counterclockwise will make the lights dimmer.
