Throughout years of my online video games experience, I have noticed one issue that happened while people were trying to communicate with me. Only a few were able to pronounce, or even write my nickname properly.
I have decided to face the problem and write a short advice on how to talk with me. I know my nick may seem complicated, but it is really simple.
First of all, it is not Deadpool. This version appears often when someone wants to shine with their comics knowledge, but they fall in the soulless trap of not reading carefully.
Similar problem, also associated with not reading carefully is thinking that my name is deadpon. Somewhat closer, but still there is a long way in front of people that call me like that to really say my name properly.
The other way to tell my nickname wrong is to pronounce it literally as it is written. This leads to odd creations like di-a-pon, for English, or other strange words depending on interlocutors nationality. And as you might expect, those are also wrong, but closer to the final, desirable effect.
And even when someone pronounces my name correctly, there is still question of writing it. Here is a simple solution: be aware of two letters -ae- after D, and watch out for double "n" at the end. Simple as that!
