I spent 3 hours of my life playing with 3 randoms I couldn't even talk to and I would do that again.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 and 1/2 cups (188g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks; 230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup (200g) packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon unsulphured or dark molasses
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (240g) old-fashioned whole rolled oats
  • 1 and 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter on medium-high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar and beat on medium-high speed until creamed, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, molasses, and vanilla and beat on high speed until combined, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl and beat again as needed to combine.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined. With the mixer running on low speed, beat in the oats and both types of chocolate chips. Dough will be thick and sticky. Cover and chill the dough for at least 45 minutes in the refrigerator (and up to 4 days). If chilling for longer than a few hours, allow to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before rolling and baking because the dough will be quite hard.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
  5. Use a large cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough, about 3 Tablespoons of dough per cookie, and place 4 inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake for 13-14 minutes or until lightly browned on the sides. The centers will look very soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. While the cookies are still warm, I like to press a few more chocolate chips into the tops– this is only for looks!

Cookies stay fresh covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.

DISSAPOINTMENT the game

I thought this game would be fun for chilling with friends, kinda raft experience.
TLDR; onboarding is pain, 50 menus and none of them makes sense, controls are all weird and UX is non existent.

I bought it with my BF, and we couldn't even connnect to multiplayer on the same network, started separated worlds, BF struggles with the 8th menu and just insta refunds, I search online how to fix network with no luck, try to give it a chance on single player... And after an hour of studyng the fkn game I requested refund too

CRAFTING EXPERIENCE: Craft A to craft B to craft C and to find C I looked for over 3 crafting menues for 20 min and finally realized you can scroll on them because the ui shows only 2 rows even if there is plenty of space. Tools are nowhere to be found except when you finally place the tent and search the storage... on the third tab of the menu on the tent you just built...

TUTORIAL EXPERIENCE: Some obvious basic options are hidden at the begining making it more dificult to understand. Controls are never explained but they take options out maybe to make it more friendly? do that make sense? like your hunger, even if you are starving the display is nowhere to be seen and you need to eat in order to craft in order to finish the tutorial task so you can finally see your hunger bar.... overall the tutorial feels like it's literally designed to mess with you.

INTERFACE EXPERIENCE: The worst of this all is the UI design, graphics and physics of the game are really pleasing but then you see this UI that looks like out of 2010, cero effort, cero care, cero ux, kinda what you expect for an indie alpha.

My review is not against the complexity of the game, is about how unnecesary it is to make it MORE difficult due to really poorly designed experience. They fail in common sense. If you are capable of enjoying 1 hour + of endless awfull tutorials and find your way over all those damn menus... maybe you enjoy the game... honestly I rather just mod minecraft

I'm so HYPED for the release!

It's been a long road and it's amazing to see so much effort and dedication behind this game. I really love the concept and the speed of this game.
The only problem is the lack of players, but with the upcoming release and new price THE HYPE IS ON!

This game is long, slow and some times frustrating. I loved it.

It's not for everyone, still one of my favourites.

I played this with a pen and a sheet of paper on my desk, I suggest other players to do the same.

Writing my review while I can. Disgusting behaviour.
Instead of fixing it they refunded without asking, and I didn't even got my money back. I hope the worst for MAGIX.
Please never buy anything remotely close to MAGIX.

This game is awesome, but BEWARE, I think they did not expect to have such gigantic playerbase so when you want to join your friend's lobby (specially on high traffic times) you may encounter issues like:
-game not found
-internet error (package size something)
-disconnected
-the lobby is full of randoms and your friends are not there (my fav)
All of this are solved just waiting some seconds and retrying to connect (sometimes many many times)

I love how simple and complex this game is at the same time, I'm glad it became so popular ♥ good job Innersloth

EDIT: this things are fixed! enjoy the game (you are sus)
