2022:
Well i just want to say the "On Foot" part has increase the sense of "present" drasticly. It is still a simulated galactic sandbox, but you can immerse yourself so easly now. And since the simulation is our own real galaxy, the immersion is on another level that traditional Syfy games can't touch.


2015:
Its to bad i cant recommend this game. The game is still called beta, but now they are working on planets, a DLC! This is something Elite doesnt realy need, it would be nice so. The main game needs some love, becauze for example 90% of the grafic is composed of 1 suntexture(colourvariation) and organge lines. And all the missions a so repetative.
There are also some good thing i can say, like the simulating of a nearly real hole galaxy is awesome, with all the minior local factions and now the big systemspanning Factions. And the sound and UI are realy cool so.
Boring->repetative->grind. And the grind for reputaion in one of the big factions(called Powerplay) is so frustraing, becauze those runs will bring you nothing but reputaion, no money only a weeklysalary, and if you dont play for a week you will loose not alittle reputation, no, but half of it.

Enjoyable on on levels. Still good grafics in 2015, which will take you through a good story and many cutscences. Multipleways to reach your goals, each with its own archivement and challange. Plus the fact of a compelx scoreboard promotes replaying a level, which you dont have to becauze there are already many storymissions. The gungameplay and the stealth aspect both feel equaly good. Everything can be played in 5 difficulties settings.

2019:
After over 6 years, i m still progressing my Character :D. There r always Updates with new content, right around the corner and the amount of content is mindblowing.

Even so the series is pretty old this also means it is updated/polished and fun to play. It has also one of the few engines which had always destructable enviroment and it is epic to blow things up :) . 5 Nation with their own arsenal to use are included. Each unit has different stats and you can manage the inventory of each and every single unit.

It is so satisfying to beat these zombies to bits to look for objects and survive another day. From the first second you are victim to the magic of this open-world and always have the feeling your decisions influence the world. Outstanding.

If you are looking for a classic MMO, RIFT is your best choise!
It has so much content and things to do, that it never gets boring and the best thing is FREE.

The best Citybuilding Game since years! Watch your city grown dynamicly with nearly 1k buildings. There is a long learning curve ahead of you but the game plays so simple and smooth, and on Top of that it looks great with all the nice zoom levels. You can even zoom down to egoview and walk/drive around in your City.

Action in an OpenWorld with fantastic movementabilitys!

Fantastic Hardcore RTS. Only 2D graficsbut if you like to realy think about your tactics and strategie this is for you.
