This is hands down the best and most entertaining RPG I've ever played. If you're into dark humor, the atomic age, or irradiated creatures you'll enjoy this. In fact, I'm sitting in atomic waste right now, smiling ear to ear while Fallout 3 loads up on my Pip-Boy 3000. It's the optimal way to play. So what if my geiger counter won't stop clicking? Once you play a game like Fallout 3 you won't even want to leave the house, regardless if your face is "falling off!"
