If you, like me, are intrigued by a Puzzle game with an Artificial Intelligence theme, you will thoroughly enjoy "The Talos Principle".

The game mechanics themselves are simple enough to pick up, and as you would expect the puzzles become more and more difficult the further you progress. The game does not really aid you in solving these puzzles, so you do feel rewarded for your logic and problem solving when you complete a level.

The main feature of this game for me was the extremely philosophical storyline, which had me questioning myself, and my beliefs. If the deep philosophical nature of the game is a bit much, you can play it minimalist and just play through the puzzles. However if like me you are interested in the philospohical, there are lots of computer terminals throughout the game which are optional and will beef the story out a bit, as well as make you further question yourself.

Overall the game is a strong 8.5/10 for me, mostly from the story, but aided by the fact that the game works perfectly and fluidly without me having encountered any glitches or bugs during my playthrough.

I would definitely reccomend this game to anyone interested in either philosophy, or puzzle games, or anyone who wants to try something new (especially given it is currently 75% off! - as a side note, I bought this game at full price and am still extremely happy with it.)
