My first experience with M&B goes way back with the original M&B demo when Steam was barely a thing, constantly playing instant actions.

It brings a tear to my eye to see how much this game stayed true to its original style, but still is able to add so much features to the game, making it even better.

With Bannerlord coming up, I can't wait to preorder my copy.

Review on day after release date:

Currently? Don't buy it. Badly optimized. Waiting for the first patches is highly recommended. (I mean, if your game crashes when you open steam overlay, change graphical settings and resolution in-game, why even bother?)

Review on 20/12/2015:

After a WHOLE month, a patch was released at last. Unfortunately, still crashes.
I've been able to fix my constant crash (see my guide) and from that point on completely loving it.

Conclusion: First, make sure you have the required specifications, and make sure you know how to fix a lot of the crashes beforehand, it WILL save you a lot of time. All in all, really good game!

Very good game. Good graphics and gameplay overall. Only thing that bothered me is the monotony of killing bugs (they were almost my only enemy except for cultists), a thing which bothered me as well were the checkpoints in the end of the game which took you back a lot. But in general a game which I can really recommend.
