After playing ETS2, I decided to get ATS, and I think its absolutly worth it. Driving around with the trucks they have is alot of fun, especially if you have some freinds to do it with on mutiplayer. I do wish however that they did have volvo, and more trucks, but the current selection of trucks is enough to satisfy me. Over i'd give this game a 9/10, for being quite fun, but not having as high of a selection of trucks, as ETS2.

I admit, when I first got this game, it took several days just to figure out how to get a ship to move. The learning curve of this game is extremly aggressive at first, but quickly becomes alot easier. I have nearly 100 hours at the time of posting this review, and I have made quite a fleet. Once you get past the initial learning curve, you can make essentially what ever you want, how big you want, and your ships can serve any purpose.

As per performance of this game, I run a GTX 950 and run it at the "Beautiful" setting without any issues, so it should run fine on any gaming pc, and still should run fine on PCs not designed for gaming. Please note with large ships, it can get a bit laggy, but they have to be very large, and the lag is tolerable. This game is much more intensive on the CPU however, but does have Muti core support. This game also will benefit from a faster CPU, as it is extremly CPU intense. I'd recommend a Quad Core CPU at atleast 4GHZ to play this game smoothly. Even still, something with hypertheading would do better, so a good i7 should be fine.

The ways you can customize your ships is endless, and It can be as easy or as hard as you like, based on what settings you choose for difficulty. If you like purely building they do have a Vechicle Designer, where you can build ships and spawn in enemy ships to test it against.

Overall this game is extremly fun, and has unique challanges of varying difficulty.
