Despite a shoddy translation and some very unintuitive mastery & crafting systems, Troubleshooter feels like a weird mix of Persona and XCOM: Chimera Squad. You've got character-driven sanctioned vigilante cops crushing crime and weird cultists in totally-not-Korea, growing in fame and doing all that good stuff.

Couple of pointers:

1. Certain missions are repeatable and may lead to grinding.
2. Some features like mastery research are not well explained and need trial and error to figure out due to the UI's complexity.
3. Translation detracts from the story somewhat. What otherwise might be seriously interesting character development falls a little flat when some mistranslated phrase creates unintended comedy. Sometimes, however, the result is just unintelligible. Hopefully this will be remedied in later updates.
4. Gameplay is a weird mix of JRPG and XCOM: Chimera Squad. Upgrade your gear but stay in full cover.

All in all, I'll play it for Irene. She's my precious girl and I won't let anyone hurt her. That and I can live with the jank that this game has.

EDIT: I recommend it to fans of XCOM and weebs as well as anyone that enjoys tons of content. The main gameplay loop is solid and there's a lot of finetuning opportunities.
