After forcing CS2 on the customers of CS:GO, they ramped up the hardware requirements by a factor of 3. 300fps -> 133fps. It's not competitive anymore, it's who has the more shiny skin or better cheats.

Too little content for the price. Only 3 missions, each under an hour. Due to the non-skippable cutscenes, the replay value is low.

If you are a true engineer you will love it more then sleep.

The game is neglected by valve, the main reason content is added is to milk the near death cow.

"Improvements" like matchmaking killed the community servers, and have severe flaws. Playing with your friends with matchmaking is impossible because the game "balances" your team apart, removing the team aspect of the game.

Bugs that are abused by players are not fixed. Like the broken spawn on the map Upward has not been fixed for more then half a year.
