Sometimes hard and unfair but overall a good basebuilding game.

I loved FF13 cannot remember much from FF13-2 but never knew this game was a thing. Sadly I cannot undo this knowledge. The combat is boring and tedious (switch stance attack 3-4 times and repeat until you killed it). Hope is very annoying (do this do that and nagging constantly) and Lightning is Lightning she cannot carry a game like this alone.

But most of all the Clock and timebased area's, was stuck two times and you know what the answer for my problem was? Wait till dawn and wait till nightfall to proceed....

Too many game breaking bugs. So fail once after x minutes of building (what is mostly busy work and waiting) up you best start over...

I like strategy games but I don't feel that I have any fun with this one. I played the first 6 missions on hard but stopped on mission 7 because of the many trail and error stuff plus annoyingly placed long coats and poncho that makes every encounter a micro second action and if you fail all hell breaks lose. Finished it on normal but stopped at the escape via boat mission, not because it was hard but I was doing the same thing over and over again.

The premise is good but the execution is flawed. Way too many characters you can talk too and give you their life stories, that after a while you just scan read or not read it at all (or even remember). Also starting at a big city is never a good idea in a RPG, cities are massive time sinks in story or should be closed off so that you are not appealed to explore it all at once and get way too much information all at once. You talk to everyone because games like this have a tendency to skip plots and quest if you venture out too far.

I want to like it but after entering another area with again a bunch of named characters I need to talk too I just gave up.

Again a great horror / drame game of Harvester Games!

Fun too play 1 game from time to time but it is very repetitive.

The funny stereotypical personalities is maybe the only good thing about this game.

Lets start with my biggest complaint; you need to put the speed on lvl 4 almost constantly because everything except the animations are soo slow. Nothing really happens and pop-ups are far and wide in between. Its fun watching tropicana go to work but sadly you can't really do that unless you like waiting a lot. Ofcourse you can make things faster with some edicts but it only marginal helps. They should have made some stuff alot faster so you can play the game on normal speed and not get a bit sick.

I am not really a fan of the modern stuff in this game, the era makes the game alot easier and many buildings are not upgradable to modern stuff so you get a ugly landscape of shiny modern building and colonial architecture.

Many times the speech of certain factions don't measure up to the things they are asking, even if you need to choice something the first round the next round the same faction that dislike your choice will ask for the disliked building.

And the pathfinding of your army when riding in trucks is terrible.
