Update: As of May 6th, Sony has walked back required PSN account linking. Hopefully they will now remove the geo-restriction on purchasing this incredible game so all the Divers can fight together.

Despite not requiring a PSN account at the time of purchase, this game will be enforcing linked Playstation accounts to play it after June 4th. Many players will be unable to create a PSN account simply because of the country they live in, and risk being banned for creating an account for a supported country. I write this review as an act of solidarity, and will not be linking a PSN account. When the game is no longer playable, I will be filing for a refund. The claim that a PSN account is required for "safety and security" is a farce. Safety is covered with the in-game block system, and security has never been Sony's strong suit.

If this decision is reverted and PSN accounts not required, this review will be updated.

Playing with friends makes this game much more enjoyable and frustrating.
I never would have played EU4 without friends to try it with, but I have enjoyed every minute.

Great game to play with friends, and yell at each other.
