It would be a great sequel if it was actually tested and finished before release....

The Good:
Runs really well and lighting is good
Animations are pretty solid
Has potential to be really good


And the bad:
Guest pathfinding is horrible, guests walk to an object/queue or such, and then just can't get there and turn around. Or they think the ride is too expensive and turn around (even if the ride is free or almost free), or they think the waiting time is too much and turn around (even if the waiting time is 0min)
AI seems to be a downgrade from Planet Coaster 1

Franchise mode seems to ignore autosaves and doesn't just save anything the regular way, you have to use the upload that also throws you to the main menu. So every time you want to save a francise mode park, you have to do it manually and go visit the main menu.
So if the game crashes while in Franchise mode and you have autosave on, it doesn't matter, you still have only the park you had when you uploaded it... so, for now, don't forget to upload like every 15minutes or so


All in all, i'm very dissapointed in this in the current state and can't recommend for anyone, BUT when they get their ***t together it has a possibility to be a really good park manager like the Planet Coaster 1 and Planet Zoo. I just hope it doesn't take years to make it happen.



EDIT 26.4.2025: The game has been improving a lot after few updates. Still a long way to go to get my faith back, but at least Frontier is trying.

Seems like a fun game, even if the demo was quite short.

Bit pricey for an EA.

Ok, i tried it a second time, and noticed it's actually not an EA anymore. It still kinda feels like one. There's a ton of good stuff in the game, but it also feels like it's lacking in parts.
For Example You need to decorate your depot indoors to get buffs, but you run out of different decoration items so fast...
Thankfully there seems to be a Feature Request going on with a ton of cool requests, if even some go through this will be a great Manager-game.

This would get an instant recommendation if this was a co-op game

As a single player game, this got a delayed recommendation ;)

All in all, very enjoyable survival game set in mars and yes, you can grow poopy potatoes!

Game still gets updated and just keeps getting better. There really isn't any competition in submarine management games around, but this is so well made i don't think we even need any other games in that department.

This game has it all, navigating, management, sea battles and even some out of ship event style missions (mostly just decisions by text, but still).

All in all really solid game.

Tutorials could be better, but there are good ones on the net.
Graphics aren't the best there is, but definitely good

I only wish you could make your normal sailors to have some sort of levels too and maybe some of them might be better in some stuff than others, then selecting the crew by hand would actually affect on stuff.

It's simply the best Airport Tycoon game there is. It's really deep has a lot of features and cool real world planes.
Just wish i could have a bit more room for my airport and more directions for the runways.

Best survival game there is currently. No way going around that.

And now with multiplayer! (again!)

The best Truck Sim around atm. And with a great mod support.
