You are welcome for the DOTA sir. I felt similarly confused when I first heard of the DOTA's (League of Legends is also one of these), and I was curious so I requested a beta key. That was last March. A couple weeks ago I managed to get 5 friends to try it with me, and as we have figured some stuff out it has gotten pretty amazing. It reminds me of the early TF2 days. It controls like a RTS game, but you generally only control one hero unit. Each game usually lasts less than an hour, during which you level up to 25 times, putting points into skill trees like an RPG. Other than that it's all about farming gold (which is more fun thatn it sounds) and equiping items to buff your hero as well as give it active and passive abilities. With over 100 heros, there's a lot to learn. Sorry for all the words, but I felt I should explain what I had given you.
